Scope and account responsibility
Infrastructure access follows the resources and service scope stated in the selected order. Customers must be able to enter a binding agreement, keep access credentials secure and ensure that the people using their resources are authorised. Check the legal provider and service boundaries in the agreement for your order.
Orders and renewal
Before an order is accepted, checkout must disclose resources, location, price, billing interval, tax treatment where applicable, renewal rules and delivery conditions. Fees, payment confirmation, cancellation and refunds need explicit rules.
Customer data and service operation
Customers remain responsible for their software, licences, lawful content, access controls and independent backups unless a separate managed-service agreement says otherwise. The provider must explain maintenance, security access and any subcontracted processing.
Suspension, cancellation and disputes
Check when service may be restricted, the urgent-abuse procedure, available notice, data retrieval and retention after closure. The applicable agreement must state liability, dispute resolution and governing law without overriding rights provided by law.
Applicable agreement and updates
Read the dated agreement provided with your order and keep a copy. Confirm the legal provider and contact channel before accepting it. Material updates should identify what changed, when the changes apply and where previous versions can be found.
Identify the service and the billing period
The final order should state the resource tier, image, selected location, service scope, USD total and period being purchased. Annual billing is a twelve-month prepayment with the published 30% reduction, not an undefined rolling commitment. A later catalogue price change should be disclosed before the customer accepts a new paid period.
Account recovery has an identity trade-off
A minimal account does not provide an identity-document archive for a later ownership dispute. Use a unique password, independent recovery material and two-factor authentication when those services are enabled. Recovery must follow the actual enrolled mechanism rather than a promise that support can identify an unknown customer from an email claim.
Read the service documents together
The service agreement, acceptable-use policy and privacy notice address different parts of the relationship with KoalaVPS. Check the order-specific service scope and any remedy or cancellation rule alongside them. Keep the version accepted with your order. Applicable statutory obligations and the governing contractual terms need to be read together.
