Before a payment
Review the price, currency, network, fees, invoice expiry, billing start and service interval before paying.
Cancellation and unused service
Check when cancellation takes effect and whether unused service periods are refundable. Customer rights under applicable law must be respected. No particular refund amount is guaranteed without the applicable order terms and any rights provided by law.
Crypto-specific handling
Clarify whether an eligible refund is calculated in the original asset, a fiat reference amount or another stated basis, who pays network fees and how the destination is verified. Never request a wallet seed phrase to process a refund.
Mistaken payments
Wrong-network transfers, unsupported tokens, underpayments and expired invoices require a published support process. Recovery may not be technically possible. A speculative recovery promise should never replace careful invoice instructions.
A refund and a chain reversal are different things
A confirmed blockchain transfer cannot be recalled through a card-style reversal. A provider may still make a separate, authorised refund transfer under its terms. Eligibility, the asset used, exchange-rate basis, network fees and destination checks must be agreed before any refund is issued. Any applicable processing time and network fee must be identified under those terms.
Check the cancellation terms for your order
Monthly orders and annual prepayments may have different cancellation rules. Review the applicable refund window, prorating method, exclusions and response process before purchase.
- Export data before a cancellation reaches its deletion point
- Retain the invoice and transaction identifier
- Verify a refund destination through the authenticated account process
A little more clarity.
Is a twenty-five-minute quote expiry a refund decision?
No. Expiry affects the validity of a price quote. A transfer already sent must be reconciled under the late-payment policy before a refund or replacement order is considered.
