Information the service may need
KoalaVPS does not retain logs of activity carried out on customer servers. Necessary service records can include your account email, password verifier, authentication sessions, orders, payment references and support correspondence. These records support account administration, order handling, payment reconciliation, support and account security; they are distinct from customer workload activity logs.
No routine identity-document collection
KoalaVPS is designed without routine passport, selfie or phone verification at signup. This does not justify a claim that no personal data is processed. An email address, IP address, support message or payment record can still be personal data.
Purpose and retention must be specific
Check the legal basis and retention period for each processing purpose, who can access records and when information is deleted or anonymised. Password protection, private secret storage and limited administrative access are distinct safeguards.
Partners and international access
Review the infrastructure providers, payment services, support tools and other subprocessors involved with your order. Check their data locations and any required transfer safeguards. A third party’s own privacy terms apply to information you share with it.
Your choices and rights
Use a verified controller contact for access, correction, deletion or another applicable request. Check how account control is verified without unnecessary information. Required accounting or legal records may have different retention rules. Do not send passwords, recovery codes or wallet secrets with a privacy request.
Private support conversations
A support request contains the topic, subject and message you submit, plus any optional order reference or reply address. These details are kept in a private conversation so the team can handle your enquiry. No reply address is displayed publicly.
An essential browser cookie protects access to your requests for up to 90 days. Clearing that cookie or using another browser can remove your access; the reference alone does not grant permission to read a conversation. Cookie expiry does not automatically erase the support record. Use Support and choose Something else to ask about correcting or removing information you submitted. Do not include passwords, private keys, wallet recovery phrases or identity documents.
Describe records by purpose
KoalaVPS does not keep logs of activities carried out on customer servers. Necessary account, order, payment-reconciliation, support and account-security records have separate service purposes. The applicable privacy notice should identify their scope, access and retention rules; this policy does not promise the absence of every operational record.
Browser storage on this site
The current site uses browser storage to remember configuration choices, the selected billing period and an order draft. Any authenticated account session needs its own secure cookie and session policy. The privacy notice should distinguish those necessary functions from any optional measurement or third-party integration actually enabled.
Payments have their own visibility
An on-chain transfer can expose addresses, asset amounts and timing to the public or to the parties processing it. A website cannot make that ledger private by avoiding an identity-document form. Reconciliation records should be limited to what is needed to identify the payment and resolve the order, with secrets and wallet recovery material excluded.
Deletion requests and retained obligations
A usable account closure process should explain what is deleted, what must be retained for a defined reason and how backups age out. Authentication of a request must rely on the account’s real recovery and security mechanisms. Consult the applicable privacy and service terms for retention grounds, request handling and any specific deadline.
A little more clarity.
Does no-KYC mean no logs of any kind?
No. KoalaVPS does not keep logs of activities carried out on customer servers, while necessary account, order, payment-reconciliation, support and account-security records can still exist. Customer-controlled operating systems and applications can create their own logs; you choose their configuration and retention.
