An XMR payment does not secure an exposed server or hide information voluntarily supplied to support. Keep account, workload and payment privacy separate.
What information does support actually need?
An invoice reference and supported payment proof can help resolve crediting. A wallet seed or private key is never the appropriate evidence to send to a hosting provider.
