RIGHTS COMPLAINTS

Rights reports deserve careful review.

Guidance for reporting copyright concerns and other rights claims. The applicable legal process depends on the verified operator and jurisdiction.

Send a specific, good-faith report

Identify the work or right involved, the exact hosted URL or resource, your authority to act, a way to contact you and the evidence supporting the claim. General demands to remove an entire server without identifying the alleged issue are difficult to evaluate.

What review should consider

Determine whether the resource is actually hosted on the service, whether the report contains the necessary information and which law applies. Keep records of the decision and limit disclosure of personal data. This page does not assert that United States DMCA procedure applies to every service.

Notice and response

Where lawful and practical, notify the affected customer and allow a response. Preserve proportionate safeguards against repeated or fraudulent reports. Court orders, urgent risks and statutory deadlines may require a different process.

Current state

Use only a verified reporting channel published by the service. A legal-notice or abuse address is not currently listed here. Do not send sensitive case material to an unverified contact, and follow any applicable statutory process and deadlines.

Submit a private copyright request

Open Support from the navigation and choose Copyright request. Identify the work, the specific location of the material you are reporting, your authority to act and the action you are requesting. The form creates a private reference for follow-up; it does not publish your message or send an email. A support receipt does not establish the merits of a legal claim.
