Start with the service you need
A platform can provide payment and orchestration while another company operates the underlying cloud. Understand both layers, including whose policies govern the instance and who resolves an infrastructure incident.
Billing and lifecycle
Compare hourly or monthly charging, minimum credit, stopped-instance charges and deletion behaviour. A flexible runtime is useful only when the billing state is clear after a machine is stopped or removed.
Support and data handling
Review who receives payment, account details and support logs. Confirm whether a provider acts as an intermediary or the infrastructure operator rather than inferring the relationship from the panel branding.
Use the same evidence for both options
Check current official specifications, prices, policies and availability before choosing. Test the same workload and include licences, backups and operational effort. Compare verified capacity and measured results for your workload; matching resource labels do not establish equivalent performance.
