The payment page shows the asset, network, exact amount and quote expiry. Service activation follows payment verification. ## The network is part of the address The same asset ticker may exist on multiple networks. A valid-looking address is not enough: the invoice must explicitly name the supported chain. Use only that chain and send the stated amount within the invoice window. - Check the full asset and network label - Verify the receiving address in the invoice - Keep the transaction identifier and payment receipt ## Payment privacy has limits A public blockchain leaves a public transaction history. Wallet reuse, exchange accounts, timing and amounts can connect transactions to a person. No-KYC hosting does not change a blockchain’s design or the policies of a third-party exchange. ## Do not assume a refund rate Crypto prices move, and network fees vary. Before paying, read how cancellation, mistaken transfers, overpayments and refunds are handled. Use a current payment quote and keep its order reference. A receiving address or waiting animation is not a payment receipt; payment must be verified before service activation. ## Pay annually and save 30% Annual payment is available for all 15 standard VPS, dedicated and Windows RDP configurations. Pay upfront for one 12-month period at 12 times the listed monthly price multiplied by 0.70, rounded once to cents. This saves 30% compared with 12 separate monthly payments. The annual total is the amount for the selected period; a displayed monthly equivalent is a comparison. ## Seven configured payment networks Match both the asset and the network shown by your order. USDT on Ethereum and USDT on TRON are separate choices; USDC is configured on Ethereum only. A valid payment quote provides the exact crypto amount and a 25-minute expiry. They are not accepted customer checkout routes here: no XMR recipient, native TRX invoice or USDC-on-Base payment is configured. Do not send one of these assets or networks to a receiving address shown for another rail. ## The exact customer payment routes KoalaVPS configures seven asset-and-network combinations: Bitcoin on Bitcoin mainnet, ETH on Ethereum, USDT on Ethereum, USDT on TRON, USDC on Ethereum, SOL on Solana and LTC on Litecoin. USDT on two networks counts as two routes. A shared-looking address is not permission to use another EVM chain. The asset and network on the current payment request control what can be reconciled. ## From configuration to a confirmed order First choose resources, location, image and monthly or annual billing. Next choose the cryptocurrency and network on the separate payment-method page. The payment page then displays the selected route, receiving address, QR, exact quoted amount and expiry. A transfer becomes a paid order only when the backend associates the correct transaction and verifies its confirmation policy. - Check the asset, network, address and full amount - Allow for the wallet or exchange withdrawal fee - Keep the order reference and transaction identifier - Never treat a copied address, a QR scan or a submitted transaction hash as payment confirmation ## A 25-minute quote is a price window The payment quote is valid for twenty-five minutes. Its exact crypto amount is calculated from the USD order total and a fresh asset rate; stablecoins are not blindly assumed to equal one dollar. If the quote expires before payment, request a new quote. If you already sent funds, preserve the original order and transaction details and allow reconciliation to resolve the late transfer before sending again. ## Monthly charges and annual prepayment All catalogue prices are in USD. Monthly billing covers one month. Annual billing collects twelve months upfront at 70% of the cost of twelve standard monthly payments, a 30% saving. The checkout shows the total for the chosen term. ## Pending, confirming and exceptional payments A pending payment is still waiting for a matching transfer. Confirming means the backend found an eligible transaction but has not completed the required checks. Underpayments, overpayments, duplicate transfers, late transfers and wrong-network transfers need an explicit reconciliation policy. The current interface must never manufacture a paid status to make an animation finish. ## A little more clarity. Are card details required? Checkout uses cryptocurrency payments. Card payment details are not required; use one of the asset and network combinations shown in your order. Are cryptocurrency transfers reversible? Typically a confirmed transfer cannot simply be cancelled. Invoice validation and a small test where appropriate are safer than relying on recovery later. Can I pay annually? Yes. All 15 standard VPS, dedicated and Windows RDP plans offer an upfront payment for one 12-month period with 30% off the cost of 12 separate monthly payments.
